ABOUT ME

Marvin McKenzie has spent more than four decades preaching, teaching, and helping believers grow in their knowledge of God's Word. After serving as a pastor for forty years, he now devotes his time to writing, producing Bible study resources, and creating online courses that encourage Christians to build their lives upon the truth of Scripture.

Throughout his ministry, Marvin has served as a pastor, conference speaker, Bible college administrator, and author. He has also held leadership roles as Executive Vice President of Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College and Heartland Baptist Bible College, where he had the privilege of helping train men and women for Christian service.

Marvin believes that the Bible is the inspired, preserved Word of God and that the King James Version faithfully communicates God's Word in English. His teaching is firmly rooted in a conservative Baptist perspective and emphasizes careful, verse-by-verse exposition, practical Christian living, and the central role of the New Testament local church in God's plan for this age.

He has written more than one hundred Bible study books covering individual books of the Bible, Christian doctrine, apologetics, Baptist history, and practical Christian living. His goal is not simply to provide information but to help readers understand the Scriptures, strengthen their faith, and develop a closer walk with the Lord Jesus Christ.

In addition to his books, Marvin produces regular Bible studies, articles, videos, and teaching series designed for pastors, Sunday school teachers, Bible students, and everyday Christians who desire to know God's Word more thoroughly. Whether studying a single verse or an entire book of the Bible, his desire is to present biblical truth with clarity, conviction, and practical application.

Marvin and his wife, Anita, make their home in the mountains of northeastern Washington. From "McKenzie Mountain," he continues to write, teach, and encourage believers around the world through books, videos, and online resources.
